Farewell crop share

This was our last week of the Gale Woods Farm crop share! It has been an interesting experience. We’ve eaten a lot more vegetables than ever before. I’ve tried lots of new recipes, and we’ve had several vegetarian meals (tonight I made broccoli alfredo). Everything tastes better when it’s straight from the farm! I highly recommend trying it out if you get the chance.

Look at the pumpkin! And brussels sprouts!

  1. I made a pumpkin pie from scratch one time only. I don’t recommend it. It’s a lot of work for one pie. I would carve that pumpkin if I were you!
